These weekly classes are designed to introduce stretching as part of a healthy lifestyle. Why stretch? To move more freely through your life, facilitating the release of patterns of pain or discomfort, or if you want to bring more limber-ness to your limbs!These are simple yet effective stretches for anyone of any age.
Please bring a mat for floor exercises and an assist band; a belt, towel or other tool.
Led by Emily Ball, massage therapist and HEAT Center Founder. This class is a combination of her experience as an LMT and her studies in Theater, Modern Dance, Yoga and Kinesiology.
This class is appropriate for all levels of life, living and limberness and includes a guided meditation.
Cost: $5 - $10, or whatever you can afford
