Don't just be any Dad, be The Ultimate Dad. The Ultimate Dad's Workshop has all the tools to help you become the most confident and informed Dad on the block.

In this workshop you will:
- Get a better understanding of pregnancy, the symptoms, and how to support your partner.
- Get a run down on what to expect during labor and cesarean sections
- Find out about postpartum care for you and your partner
-Practice changing diapers, swaddling, car seat safety and babywearing
-Receive The Ultimate Dads Resource List
-Become The Ultimate Dad! :)

Details:
Cost: $10 suggested donation to be paid at door, includes a chili lunch and beer (must be 21or over to recieve beer with ID).

About your Instructors:
Amanda Rayburg, Deidre Medina, and Jamie Rackl are all NYS Licensed Massage Therapists and Doulas with each having over a decade of family support expierence. Specializing in preganacy and postpartum massage as well as attending births, these three ladies are full of information on how you can best support your partner before, during and after baby arrives.
